Photo 7: Classroom training continues with Bob and Network
Support.
Photo 8: Bob leaves the classroom
and puts what he has learned into
practice.
He begins
by going
out with
some
of
the Network
Support team
to learn how to market and promote the company in the UK.
He will learn the way things are done in the UK and with the help
of VIP he will adapt this knowledge to suit the cultural and
procedural differences expected in Canada.
Photos 9 & 10: Bob now gets to grip with
all aspects of the cleaning process, including how the mobile cleaning
unit operates and how it needs
to be maintained – he then begins cleaning various types and sizes of
domestic
and residential bins.
Photos 11 & 12: Now Bob has learned the cleaning
techniques and procedures used for cleaning domestic bins, he progresses
to cleaning
commercial and industrial bins which can come in all shapes and
sizes!
We will be updating this story as we progress – the next stage will be
the arrival of the mobile cleaning unit and members of the UK launch team in
Canada.
Although awarding each master licence can be different, the process from first
introduction to signing the agreements are very similar, so if you would like
to see if you
and the VIP team can work together successfully, either as a master licence holder
or a franchisee, in
your
part
of
the
world
then
please
forward
your details to us via the enquiries page.
